That it was a suite with two distinct spaces.
All the pillows were good but too soft.
The Remodel inside
The Manager By The Name Of Anthony is very & disrespectful when asked to speak to someone over he says there is no one over him, His GM Name is Sam Always no where to be found
Staff at front desk was helpful with early check-in.
Food was not terribly good at evening time.
I loved the rooms it was very spacious.
They didn't monitor the pool area to we'll it was a lot of unsupervised kids after hours
The room was perfect. I had no problem with the accomodations
Under construction. Common areas not up to par at this time. The Restaurant service was sub par as well
Place is worn out and poorly maintained can't believe this is an Embassy Suite. Breakfast was also a major let down...many of the key ingredients were out of stock.
The hotel romm stink and we're very dirty and outdated
I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning the receptionists were nice and the room was nice
When you walk into the building it looks great but when you see the pool it reminds you of a cheap motels pool, they dont allow you to have visitors becuz they have to have wrist bands which i thought was odd if h dont have a wrist band they will ask u to leave, and the minifridge was tinier then the mini fridges at holiday inns it was a tiny little box
The food was very Good I slept very well the manager and the desk clerk was very helpful
I have stay at the Embassy Suite several times I was in room 504 the bath room was not clean the Carpet was dirty and very old looking.
Smoke detector in my room kept going off I called desk and had to leave came back 3 hrs later not fixed, had to call again, desk clerk just said"sorry" then I came in for a company to visit in Detroit who has a rate at your hotel, when checking in I inquired about it and the clerk said would change my invoice to reflect change. the next morning would I got my bill it wasn't changed, when I went to desk and asked about it they said since I booked on line they couldn't change it(not acceptable) then I asked for some directions and was given wrong directions sent in wrong direction. Not a good experience
Hotel is old and dated. Carpets in rooms need to be cleaned/replaced
The room appeared very dirty & dated. Our couch had tears in it & was stained as was the chair carpet :-(
Rooms were not clean furniture was stained along with flooring. Bathroom was not clean around the toilet. I was scared i was going to bring home bedbugs. No help when asked to be relocated or refund. It left a bad image of Embassy Suites in my mind.
